Jen Arnold is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership since August 2015, Jen leads and facilitates various projects focused on ISO certification, Lean Six Sigma training, process improvement, and operational excellence. Previous roles include Continuous Improvement Leader at Intertape Polymer Group and Manufacturing Specialist at WMEP, along with significant positions at Exopack and Appleton Papers, where Jen played pivotal roles in quality management, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
