Karen Speers

Karen Speers, CHRP, CHRL, has a strong background in human resources and management, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at WMG Technologies since September 2012, where roles have included Divisional Human Resources Manager, Outsource Coordinator, Human Resources Coordinator, and Junior Buyer. Previously, in 2021, Karen held the position of Director, Content and Curriculum at the Automotive Parts Manufacturers' Association (APMA) and gained valuable experience as a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Karen worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Quantitative Decision Models course at the University of Windsor in early 2011. Karen earned a Business Administration degree with a focus on Management Science and Human Resources from the University of Windsor, completing studies between 2008 and 2013.
