Mary MacKillop

Mary MacKillop is a design professional with extensive experience in the architecture and interior design sectors. Currently serving as the Design Director - Interiors at WMK Architecture since January 2024, Mary previously held the position of Associate Director at Bates Smart from September 2009 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading design initiatives and concept narratives across various categories such as hospitality, workplace, and residential projects. Notable projects include high-profile developments like the Hyatt Regency Sydney, Intercontinental Hotel Double Bay, and workplace designs for Minter Ellison and Facebook. Earlier in their career, Mary worked as an Interior Designer at Burley Katon Halliday from March 2006 to September 2009 after completing a Bachelor in Interior Architecture at UNSW from 2002 to 2005.
