Tanya Hurynovich

Tanya Hurynovich started their work experience in 2013 as a Customer Service Manager at TUT.BY, where they created a customer database from scratch. In 2014, they became a Manager at Tropper and was responsible for promoting innovative equipment in the CIS market. Tanya then joined ITMINE in 2017 as a Business Analyst intern, working on a project for a mobile and web application for catering establishments. In 2018, Tanya joined NETCO SPORTS as an Information Technology Project Manager, where they managed mobile development applications for sports and entertainment. Tanya then worked at HQSoftware starting in 2019, also as an Information Technology Project Manager. Currently, they are working at WM Reply in the same role.

Tanya Hurynovich's education history is as follows:

Tanya attended ITMINE from 2017 to 2018, where they studied Business Analysis. During their time at ITMINE, they also obtained a certification in Business Analysis.

Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaft at the University of Münster in 2014. Tanya also completed a certification in Agile Practices in Business Analysis from ITMINE in February 2021.

Tanya Hurynovich holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Management of the National Economy, which they obtained from Belarusian State Economic University. Tanya completed their master's degree program at the university from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they acquired a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution, attending from 2009 to 2013.

Tanya has further acquired various certifications, including "Management 3.0 Fundamentals" from AgileLAB.org in October 2022, "Экостарт" from Учреждение "Центр экологических решений" / Center for Environmental Solutions in September 2016, "Intensivsprachkurse Deutsch als Fremdsprache am Sprachzentrum der Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität Münster" from the University of Münster in March 2014, "SALESTART" from ARTOX media in October 2013, and "Продажи по телефону" from Кадровое агентство XXI ВЕК-КОНСАЛТ in August 2013.
