Paul Lamari

As WMS’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Paul advises the firm’s senior management and board of directors on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters and oversees the firm’s compliance program. Paul is a member of the firm's Management Committee. Prior to joining WMS in 2010, Paul was an attorney with a law firm focusing on civil litigation, criminal defense, and employment law.

Paul holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. Paul earned his JD from the University of Baltimore, graduating cum laude. Paul is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
