David R. Justus

David R. Justus has extensive work experience in the banking sector. David R. started their career as a Personal Banker at First Federal in 1994 and later joined Park Bank in 1997, where they served as Senior Vice President for over 20 years until 2018. During their time at Park Bank, they also served as a Board of Director at PARK BANK - HOLMEN from 2013 to 2018. In 2018, they joined WNB Financial, N.A. as the Community President - Holmen. Additionally, in 1991, they worked as the Treasurer at Ducks Unlimited in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

David R. Justus completed their Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 1989 to 1993. David R. then pursued a Masters degree in Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing it between 2004 and 2006. In 2014 and 2015, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison once again, this time for a program called Leadership Development for Community Bankers, focused on Professional & Executive Development.
