Melissa Shore

Melissa Shore has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Melissa is currently a Senior Vice President Chief Human Resources Officer at WNB Financial, N.A., a position they have held since April 2017. Prior to this, Melissa served as a Vice President & Human Resources Manager at the same company starting in January 2015. From March 2013 to January 2015, they held the role of Human Resources Manager. Melissa's professional journey began at Coulee Bank in 2005, where they worked as a Teller/Operations/HR Intern until 2010. Melissa then moved on to become a Human Resource Generalist at NORD Gear Corporation from May 2010 to June 2011. Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of human resources, including benefits management, payroll, staffing, performance management, employee relations, and training. Melissa is well-versed in federal and state regulations governing HR practices.

Melissa Shore attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources. In 2014, they completed a program at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in Human Resources Management School.
