Carie is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Desert Financial Credit Union, where they provide strategic direction for the HR department and aligns organizational performance with the company's goals. Prior to this, Carie held the position of Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the same organization.

In their role as a Compensation Specialist, Carie provided support to the Director and Compensation Analysts, developed proficiency in using Excel, and assisted with executive compensation reporting.

Carie Galati, SHRM-SCP, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification from Prosci, the Extraordinary Leader Assessment Certification from Zenger Folkman, and the Talent Optimization Certified Leader certification from The Predictive Index. Carie also holds a Real Estate License from the State of Arizona.
