Scott Ulik

Scott Ulik has over 20 years of work experience in the financial industry. Scott is currently employed as a VP - Mortgage Manager at WNB Financial, where they oversee mortgage operations and manages the origination team. Scott has a strong focus on quality, production, compliance, staff development, and process improvement.

Prior to their current role, Scott worked at Altra Federal Credit Union for 17 years as an AVP Real Estate Loan Origination. In this position, they managed a team of real estate loan originators and was responsible for production, service, and quality. Altra is a large regional credit union with over $1 billion in assets.

Scott has also held positions at Associated Bank as an Underwriter and at First Federal as a Secondary Marketing Specialist. In these roles, they gained experience in underwriting and setting mortgage rates, as well as managing a loan pipeline and providing support for loan officers.

Earlier in their career, Scott worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Home Mortgage Consultant, where they provided individual consulting to customers and closed over one million dollars of mortgage loans per month on average. Scott also worked at APAC Customer Services as a Training and Quality Manager, managing trainers and quality analysts and focusing on employee performance, customer programs, and process improvement.

Scott's diverse work experience includes a role at State Farm where they held various positions, including Bank Team Leader, Agent, and Training Development Analyst. Scott successfully managed a virtual banking team, ran a State Farm Agency, and played a key role in the design and implementation of a market re-entry in Connecticut.

Scott's early career includes a role at Packard Bell as a Sales Supervisor. Scott hired, trained, and deployed a regional sales team, conducted training sessions for retail partners, and supervised the inside sales department.
