Anil Advani

Anil Advani is the EVP of Originations and Finance at WNC. Anil has over 20 years of experience in tax credit syndication and investment advisory services. Advani began their career as a Senior Tax Consultant at Reznick Group. Anil then transitioned to Ernst & Young where they became the Manager of Tax Credit Investment Advisory Services. In 2001, Advani moved to Red Capital Group where they worked as a Managing Director for 10 years. In 2011, they joined WNC & Associates as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions/Internal Counsel. Anil is responsible for overseeing the Acquisitions Department and lower-tier partnership agreement negotiations for LIHTC investments. Advani also serves on WNC's Acquisitions Committee.

Anil Advani has a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.

Anil Advani reports to Melanie Wenk, EVP, Business Operations. They work with and Camille Longino - CFO and SVP, Accounting and Finance.
