Kent Mehring

Kent Mehring has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry and is currently the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at WNC. Kent previously worked as the head of asset management at Wentwood Capital Advisors, LP from 2006 to 2013, and before that they were a principal in capital transactions at MuniMae, LLC (formerly Lend Lease; Boston Financial). Kent began their career as an analyst at AEW Capital Management, Inc. in 1993 and was promoted to Associate Vice President in 1998. Kent is a highly respected leader in the industry and their experience and expertise have helped him build a successful career.
