As Co-Founder and Principal of Impact Plus Consulting, Precious specializes in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement across multiple sectors, including higher education, health, and technology. Active in various leadership roles, Precious serves as the Board President of IAP2 Canada and contributes to organizations such as the Tamarack Institute for Community Engagement and WNORTH. Precious also holds academic appointments as an adjunct professor at the Justice Institute of British Columbia and acts as a dialogue associate with SFU's Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue. With a progressive career marked by impactful initiatives and a background in community development and criminology, Precious Ile is recognized for fostering leadership effectiveness through communication and engagement strategies.
