Deepak Gupta

Deepak Gupta is responsible for executing business strategy, and driving the overall growth and performance of key business units including Travel, Shipping & Logistics, Utilities, Diversified Business, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods and Telecom. He is also the Global Capability and Practice Leader for Customer Interaction Services and manages the WNS South Africa business. Deepak is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council' and has held several leadership positions within WNS. Prior to WNS, he was with IBM Daksh. Deepak comes with a strong expertise in Travel and Tourism, and has a degree in hospitality management.
