Em Ronan

Em Ronan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as Sr. Group Manager and AVP - Training at WNS Global Services since June 2013. In this role, Em is responsible for comprehensive training management, including new hire planning, training needs analysis, and performance management. Prior to this, Em held the position of SQMS Senior Quality Manager at Sutherland Global Services, focusing on process implementation and service quality alignment. Em also served as a Partner Relationship Coordinator at American Express International, facilitating product launch initiatives and training programs, and was a Training Supervisor at C-cubed/Hinduja TMT, where Em led training coordination and skills assessment initiatives. Em holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from St. Paul University.
