Kaushalye Nawarathne

Kaushalye Nawarathne has extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as an Assistant Manager in Finance Reporting & Operations at WNS since April 2016, overseeing a team to meet targets for the UK's largest insurance company while ensuring compliance with financial standards. Previous roles at WNS include Lead Associate and Senior Associate, focusing on finance reporting, accounts payable, and maintaining accuracy in vendor invoice processing. Earlier experience includes a position as a Banking Trainer at Bank of Ceylon and an Audit Associate at Sunil Piyawardana Associate, where responsibilities included developing training schedules and conducting internal auditing.
