Lara Rossouw

Lara Rossouw is the Senior Group Manager of HR at WNS Global Services. Previously, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Itron from August 2011 to November 2016. In this role, they were responsible for a variety of HR initiatives, including training and development, performance management, policy development, recruitment and selection, employee relations, and special projects. Lara also managed the payroll function for monthly and weekly paid employees, as well as benefit administration and third-party management. Prior to their work at Itron, Rossouw was an HR Advisor at the PERI Group from February 2007 to July 2011. In this role, they were responsible for training and development, performance management, policy development, recruitment and selection, and employee relations.

Lara Rossouw has a BComm from Stellenbosch University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, as well as an Honours BComm in Psych from the University of Stellenbosch. Lara also has a Matric from St Stithians College.

Their manager is R. Swaminathan, Chief People Officer. They are on a team with Khiren Lalka - Corporate Vice President, HR, Kaushik Ranjan Sarkar - Sr. Group Manager HR, and Leann Coetzer - Corporate Vice President, HR.
