Martyna Olesinska

Martyna Olesinska is a Senior HR Manager at WNS Global Services. Martyna has over six years of experience in HR management, and has held the position of HR Manager at Genpact Poland for four of those years.

Martyna is responsible for managing HR related processes and projects, such as compensation and benefits, performance management, policies & procedures, changes to contracts and terms and conditions of employment, HR administration and reporting, and preparation and management of the annual headcount and employee benefits budget. Martyna has also developed a recognition and reward scheme for long service, exceptional performance, etc. and manages existing rewards schemes.

Finally, Martyna also manages business specific HR projects; contributing actively in both regional HR projects and local business projects as required. Martyna also builds and maintains harmonious and effective relationships with trade unions/employee representatives as required; ensuring that business objectives are met.

Martyna Olesinska's educational career includes a coaching certification from Erickson College International and a Master's degree in Psychology from Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II.
