Finally, Martyna also manages business specific HR projects; contributing actively in both regional HR projects and local business projects as required. Martyna also builds and maintains harmonious and effective relationships with trade unions/employee representatives as required; ensuring that business objectives are met.

Martyna Olesinska's educational career includes a coaching certification from Erickson College International and a Master's degree in Psychology from Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II.
