Nikhil Massillamoney is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading HR transformations and managing compensation and benefits across various regions. Currently serving as Corporate Senior Vice President HR at WNS since November 2008, Nikhil has held multiple senior HR roles within the organization. Previously, Nikhil worked at OnMobile Global Ltd as Associate Manager - HR, focusing on Total Rewards management and international recruitment, and at Infosys Technologies Ltd as Associate Manager - Compensation and Benefits, where responsibilities included designing compensation policies for APAC and EMEA and providing analytical support for investor relations. Nikhil holds a Masters in Management Studies from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
