Noorali Bharwani

Noorali Bharwani is an accomplished professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as the Senior General Manager of Learning and Leadership Development at WNS since June 2014. In this role, Noorali leads WNS Education, oversees organizational-wide leadership development initiatives, and manages learning delivery operations. Previous experience includes roles as General Manager and Senior Group Manager at WNS, where responsibilities encompassed learning and development partnership and content leadership across various verticals. Prior to WNS, Noorali held significant positions at ITREB India, serving as Director of Learning and Organisation Development and Academic Director, along with an Executive Director role at Zofia Learning and Development Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree from Aga Khan University and an MBA in Finance from IMSCD&R, Pune University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
