Sanjana Linson

Sanjana Linson (Varghese) is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, internal communication, and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Group Manager at WNS since June 2022, Sanjana previously held key roles at Godrej Properties Limited, including Lead for Employee Engagement and Communication. Prior to that, Sanjana worked at Great Place to Work® Institute (India) in various capacities, progressing from Analyst to Project Manager over several years. Initial experiences include internships at Syntel, ING Vysya Bank, McDonald's Corporation, and Essel Group. Sanjana holds a Master's of Management Studies in Human Resources from SASMIRA Institute of Management Studies & Research, a General LLB from Rizvi Law College, and a Bachelor's of Management Studies from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. Educational foundation was established at Bombay Scottish School, Mahim.
