Tania Puri

Tania Puri has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior General Manager/SVP - HR at WNS Global Services from April 2014 to April 2025, providing HR leadership across multiple countries with a workforce exceeding 2000 employees. Responsibilities include talent management, employee engagement, and managing organizational change in partnership with key stakeholders. Tania previously held the position of Sr Group Manager/AVP - HR, where the focus was on leading the talent management agenda for various business units. The career began with a summer internship focused on developing a talent pool for top talent within the organization and included a role as a Systems Engineer at Infosys, involving automation and manual testing of software features. Tania holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from ITM Gurgaon.
