Ollie Harvey

Ollie Harvey currently serves as Operations Director at Win-Win, focusing on innovative and sustainable food solutions, including the creation of cocoa-free chocolate products. Harvey is also a Director and Trustee at Fair Shot, which aims to provide traineeships for baristas and hospitality professionals. Previously, Harvey held roles as Head of Operations and Finance at both Love Cocoa, a luxury chocolate brand, and H!P Chocolate, a pioneer in oat milk chocolate. Additional experience includes serving as Director at Galeta Bakery and co-founding Joe Blake's, alongside roles at AMT Coffee and Ashcourt Rowan Financial Planning Limited as Commercial Manager and Finance Analyst, respectively.
