Gustavo Costa has a diverse work experience history. Gustavo started their career as a Scientific Initiator at Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 2007. Gustavo then had an internship at ENSTA in 2009. After that, they completed an internship at CEA in 2010, where they focused on studying the dynamics of structures under seismic loadings and project control systems. In 2011, Gustavo joined Wobben Windpower as a Project Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Windfarm Siting Expert in 2015. In this role, they were responsible for providing technical support to customers and coordinating various tasks related to windfarm siting. From 2018 to 2020, Gustavo served as the Head of Team for Wind Farm Engineering in Latin America, and subsequently, they became the Head of Team for Wind Farm Engineering in North and Latin America until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Team for Wind & Site Engineering at Wobben Windpower.

Gustavo Costa's education history is as follows:

- From 2005 to 2011, they studied Mechanical Engineering at Universidade Estadual de Campinas, earning a Bachelor of Science degree.

- In 2009-2010, they pursued a Master's Degree (Research) in Master M2 Structures and Coupled Systems Dynamics (DSSC) at CentraleSupélec.

- From 2008 to 2010, they obtained a French Engineering Diploma from ENSTA Paris, specializing in Solid Mechanics, Automobile, and Railway Transportation.

- In 2017-2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management at Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz".
