Jan Stollenwerk has extensive work experience in human resources and corporate communication. From August 2017 to July 2019, they served as a Manager HR at Woco Group, where they later became the Director HR Germany from August 2019 to August 2020. From September 2020 to June 2021, they held the position of Director Global HR and Corporate Communication, and from July 2021 onwards, they have been serving as the Vice President Global HR and Corporate Communication at the same company.
In addition to their roles at Woco Group, Jan Stollenwerk also worked at SCHUMAG AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT. Jan was a Personalsachbearbeiter from June 2009 to August 2010, followed by a role as a Personalreferent from September 2010 to September 2012. Jan then became the Stellv. Personalleiter from October 2012 to December 2014, and finally served as the Personalleiter from January 2015 to July 2017.
Furthermore, Jan Stollenwerk is also involved in entrepreneurship. Jan is currently a Co-Founder and Geschäftsführer at Mind Mission GmbH, a position they started in May 2022.
Jan Stollenwerk obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in 2017. Prior to that, they completed a training program in Human Resources at IHK Aachen in 2012. Jan also has a certification as a Personalfachkaufmann from IHK Aachen in 2012. Additionally, Jan Stollenwerk has a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2021. Jan is also expected to obtain a certification as a Certified VR Expert from XR-C Academy GmbH in 2023. Jan'sprevious education includes a degree as an Industriekaufmann from IHK Aachen in 2009.
