Jeffrey Woda is the founder of Woda Cooper Companies, Inc., the first vertically integrated, employee-owned affordable housing development company in the United States. Jeffrey currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Main Street Bank and a Member of the Board of Trustees at Bethany College. Prior to founding Woda Cooper Companies, Inc., Jeffrey worked as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Bethany College and a Master of Science in Professional Accounting from Syracuse University.

Founded in 1990 with Woda Development and Construction, Inc. Since its founding, Woda Cooper have continually evaluated and researched new markets to help ensure the availability of newly constructed or renovated affordable housing (LIHTC) units for workforce families and seniors.
