Colleen Simonelli is a seasoned human resources and organizational development professional with extensive experience across several prominent companies. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Wolf & Company, P.C. since April 2020, Colleen previously held key leadership positions at PTC, including Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion and Organizational Development, focusing on cultural transformation and talent management. Colleen's earlier roles include Senior Director of Talent Management and Human Resources Client Services at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc., where significant initiatives in career development and employee engagement were successfully launched. Colleen’s career also includes impactful positions at KPMG, GTE, and GTE China, where expertise in international HR management and organizational strategy was developed.
