Emma Toas

Emma Toas currently serves as the Operations & HR Director at Wolf Laundry since May 2022. Prior to this role, Emma was the Group Operations Director at Prism Healthcare from May 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included crafting long-term operational strategies and managing a £7 million operating budget. Emma's earlier experience at JLA Group, spanning from August 2011 to May 2019, involved leading a team managing multichannel customer interactions and overseeing operational delivery for newly acquired businesses. Emma holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Huddersfield and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities & Art History from The Manchester Metropolitan University, with ongoing CIPD qualifications expected to be completed by July 2025.
