Troy L'Hirondelle

Troy L'Hirondelle is an experienced construction manager with a diverse background in the oil and gas industry, currently serving in this capacity at Wolf Midstream since April 2019. Troy has held similar positions at North Star Pipeline Services and Access Pipeline Inc. for many years, demonstrating extensive expertise in project management and construction oversight. Previous roles include construction manager at Plains Midstream Canada and BP, as well as a solutions analyst at Solid Industrial Solutions Ltd. Troy's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary, and training in 4th Class Power Engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
