Lillian Sun Tadlock

Lillian Sun Tadlock has extensive experience in operational management and volunteer coordination, currently serving as the Stage Door Lead at Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts since May 2016. This role involves overseeing Stage Door operations, training staff, and reporting on performance metrics. Additionally, Lillian coordinates over 100 volunteers as the Tournament Volunteer Coordinator for Virginia Science Olympiad and has held multiple coaching positions in robotics and science Olympiad for several years. Previously, Lillian worked as a Senior Producer and Senior Account Manager at AOL and as Business Systems Management at American Management Systems. Lillian holds a BSE in Multinational Management and Marketing from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
