Russell Da Silva has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Russell currently serves as the Director of Customer Care at Wolfe since March 2021. Prior to joining MiX Telematics, Russell worked at Al Futtaim Logistics from August 2006 to April 2012. Here, they held the position of Business Sector Manager - Distribution, overseeing administrative staff and drivers, optimizing delivery operations, and achieving significant growth in delivery volumes and reduced subcontracting. Russell also worked as a Warehouse Operations Manager before assuming their role as Business Sector Manager.

Russell Da Silva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of the Witwatersrand between 1994 and 1997. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Sandringham High School from 1989 to 1993, earning a High School Diploma. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Prepare" certification from Ada in June 2023.
