Robert Szygenda

Robert Szygenda, MBA, has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Robert is currently serving as the Vice President of Order Fulfillment at Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Operations at Genuine Cable Group, where they were responsible for multi-site operations, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control. Robert also served as the Director of Operational Excellence at the same company, leading process improvement initiatives and implementing Lean enterprise practices across multiple sites.

Before joining Genuine Cable Group, Robert worked as the Area Operations Manager at Rexel USA, overseeing operations management, warehousing, distribution, and transportation for multiple distribution centers. Robert also served as the Operations Manager at PepsiCo, where they were responsible for the performance of multiple distribution centers and improving the supply chain.

Robert's work experience also includes roles at U.S. Electrical Services, Inc., where they served as the Director of CDC Lean Management and Logistics Consultant, and at Roadway Express and Penske Truck Leasing.

Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated strong leadership skills, leading teams and implementing continuous improvement projects. Robert has experience in Lean enterprise implementations and has successfully managed operations across various industries, including industrial OEM, communications, automation, and consumer goods.

Robert Szygenda, MBA has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from Ashland University. Robert also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bowling Green State University.
