Matt Welch has a diverse work experience. Matt began their career as an Editor-in-Chief at The DePauw, where they managed a website and newspaper. Matt then worked as a Reporting and Design Intern at Sierra Nevada Media Group before interning as an Editing Intern at The Wall Street Journal. Matt also interned at The New York Times Company as a Copy Editor and Page Designer and later became a permanent employee. Matt then joined the North American Interfraternity Conference as a Coordinator of IFC Services, where they sold programming and consulting services and facilitated leadership programs. Matt then worked at Avenue B2B Marketing Strategy and Activation as an Account Coordinator and Communications Specialist, before becoming an Account Manager. Matt managed brand strategy development and product launch programs for various clients. Matt later became an Account Supervisor at VIRTUE Worldwide, where they partnered with senior clients and managed interdisciplinary teams to create content and digital advertising. Currently, Matt serves as an Engagement Director at Wolff Olins, where they are responsible for building client relationships, leading teams, and delivering brand strategy and design programs.
