Lauren Petroshanoff

Lauren Petroshanoff is a seasoned professional in the catering sales industry, currently serving as the Regional Catering Sales Manager at P.F. Chang's since April 2017 and as a Catering Sales Manager at Wolfgang Puck Catering since February 2014. With prior experience as Senior Catering Sales Manager at Freebirds World Burrito and Catering Director at 705 Restaurant, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in generating sales through effective networking, cold calling, and fostering strong client relationships, particularly in the Greater Los Angeles Area and throughout California. Lauren holds an Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise Product Development from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, completed in 2008.
