Wolfpack Robotics 3859
Jason SooHoo is an experienced Embedded Flight Software Engineer at Axient since June 2023, previously serving as an Embedded Flight Software Engineering Intern. With a long-standing commitment to education and mentorship in robotics, Jason has been a FIRST Robotics Mentor at Wolfpack Robotics 3859 since January 2016, guiding software students in real-world project environments. Jason also took on the role of Student Software Lead during high school, developing programming for a competition robot. Prior to these roles, Jason led lab curriculum for programming in Python and Arduino C/C++ at Cal Poly Corporation from June 2020 to July 2021 and worked as a Special Events Rec Leader at Cosumnes Community Services District from January 2017 to November 2019. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2023, and a GED in General Studies from Cosumnes Oaks High School, obtained in 2019.
