Maria Sargsyan

Maria Sargsyan is a Machine Learning Consultant at Wolfram, where responsibilities include research and development of machine learning functionalities and enhancing the neural network framework. Current projects involve adding support for ONNX in Wolfram Mathematica and converting neural networks from popular frameworks like Caffe and PyTorch to WLNet, alongside work on Natural and Handwritten OCR. Maria also serves as an instructor and student mentor at Wolfram Summer School. Previous experience includes a role as Junior Data Scientist at PicsArt Inc., focusing on developing recommendation systems and predictive models for user churn. Maria holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the American University of Armenia and is pursuing a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Universität des Saarlandes.
