Pei-Hsiu Tan

Pei-Hsiu Tan is an experienced User Experience Manager specializing in web and mobile applications at Wolfram since May 2011, with a progressive career that includes roles as Lead User Experience Designer and User Experience Designer. Duties involve identifying and addressing interaction flow issues for Wolfram Alpha mobile apps and enhancing interface designs. Previously, Pei-Hsiu served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, focusing on interface improvements for older adults' medication management. Additional experience includes positions as a Sales Assistant and Information Technology Intern at Kun Yee Industrial LTD in Taiwan and Shanghai, respectively, and a User Experience Intern at the National Science and Technology Museum, where visitor satisfaction was evaluated through surveys.
