Alexander Lostetter

Alexander Lostetter serves as Vice President at Wolfspeed, A Cree Company since July 2015, following the acquisition of Arkansas Power Electronics International, Inc. (APEI), where Lostetter was President and CEO from November 1999 to July 2015. In the role at APEI, Lostetter provided direction and leadership to align the organization with its mission, strategy, and goals while collaborating with the senior management team to shape the company's vision. Lostetter holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Microelectronics and Photonics from the University of Arkansas, as well as both a Master of Science (MS) and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
