Jennifer Towns

Jennifer Towns, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner for Global Fab Operations and Mohawk Valley Fab at Wolfspeed since December 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Northeast Regional Human Resources Manager at Lignetics from November 2018 to November 2021. Jennifer's extensive HR experience includes various roles at The Hartford from May 2007 to October 2018, where responsibilities ranged from HR Specialist to Sr. Consultant in HR Analytics. Earlier in Jennifer's career, positions included HR Generalist at Pratt & Whitney and Administrative/HR Assistant, among others. Jennifer's educational background includes an MBA with an emphasis in HR Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a BA in Psychology/Public Justice from the State University of New York at Oswego.
