Malcolm Wales

Malcolm Wales is an experienced professional in the field of information management and technology, currently serving as the Coordinator Improvement and Solutions at Wollongong City Council since June 2012. In this role, Malcolm leads a team comprising Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Developers to develop and implement strategic IMT solutions. Key responsibilities include program management of ERP implementations and cloud transformation initiatives. Previous acting roles include Chief Digital and Information Officer and IMT Program Manager, with a focus on governance, project assurance, and the management of various technical and business teams. Additionally, Malcolm has a background in development and integration as well as managing ICT operational teams.
