Michael Farina

Michael Farina currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wolseley Canada Inc. since October 2021. Previously, Michael held various positions in human resources and recruitment, including a Human Resources Business Associate role at Ford Motor Company and an Assistant General Manager position with the Amherstburg Admirals Junior C Hockey Club. Michael also worked as a Recruiter for Devine Personnel and Better Performers Ltd., and as a Recruitment Specialist at Canadian Executive Search Group Inc. and Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) Inc. Educational qualifications include a Two Year Ontario College Diploma in Marketing and a Three Year Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services, both from St. Clair College, as well as a high school diploma from W.F. Herman Secondary.
