Ella Horttanainen

Ella Horttanainen is a User Acquisition Specialist at Wolt since August 2021 and previously worked as a Performance Marketing Trainee. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Representative at Storytel from May 2020 to July 2021 and at Sanoma during various periods in 2018 and 2019, where responsibilities involved handling customer inquiries and promoting additional services. Ella also had a brief tenure as a Customer Relationship and Marketing Communications Trainee at Silmäasema, which was cut short due to COVID-19, and worked as a Sales Representative at Bookers Group Oy, focusing on cold calling and appointment booking. Ella holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Jyväskylä, along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the same institution.
