Erica Kononen

Erica Kononen is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in team management and performance enhancement across various sectors. Currently serving as Operations Team Lead at Wolt since February 2022, Erica focuses on coaching store leaders and collaborating with the people team to refine the company's performance management program. Previous roles include Multi Unit Manager and Store Manager at B8 Food Services Oy, where Erica managed diverse teams and operational efficiency. Erica's career also includes entrepreneurial work, team leadership in AIESEC Finland, and various roles in communications and logistics. Erica holds a Master's degree in International Business from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from Ateneo de Manila University.
