Laura Teerisuo is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment teams and strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Wolt's Product+ and Emerging Talent Programs, Laura has successfully managed a global team of over 20 talent acquisition experts, focusing on engineering, analytics, data science, product management, product design, and security across seven countries. Previous roles include Recruitment Manager at Huawei Technologies, where Laura oversaw the end-to-end recruitment process for the Finland Research Center, and various positions in recruitment and HR since 2013, showcasing a strong track record in managing and enhancing talent acquisition processes.
