Livia Hakala

Livia Hakala is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in various design roles. Currently a Senior Product Designer at Wolt since September 2021, Livia previously served as Lead Designer at Motley Agency, focusing on strategic design consulting, project management, and business development support. Livia has a background in facilitating workshops and leading user experience and visual design for digital products, gained as a Senior Designer at Motley Agency. Additionally, Livia mentored startup teams in design and branding while at Vertical and contributed to the establishment of the Stockholm office for Fjord, where Livia specialized in service concepts and UI/UX design for notable clients. Livia began a career in design with an internship at Icareus Ltd. and held a role as a Design Researcher at Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo. Academic achievements include an MBA in Service Innovation and Design from Laurea University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Design from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo.
