Shoko Yanagisawa

Shoko Yanagisawa is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer service and account management. Currently serving as the Onboarding Team Lead at Wolt since December 2020, Shoko has also held the position of Restaurant Specialist. Prior to this role, Shoko was an Account Executive for Attractions and Experiences at Booking.com from May 2019 to October 2020 and worked as a Customer Service Representative at Oakwood between October 2017 and May 2019. Shoko holds a Joint Honour Degree in Spanish and Law from Dublin City University, which was completed in 2017.
