Juan Carlos Rivero

Juan Carlos Rivero is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management at Wolters Kluwer, Rivero is responsible for strategies that enhance the company's reputation as a top employer. Previous roles include Founder of Epsilon Advisors, Inc., and Chief Talent Officer at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where oversight included talent management, diversity, and learning initiatives for a global workforce.
