Julia Shumova

Julia Shumova currently serves as the Global HR Business Partner Director for Wolters Kluwer EHS & ESG, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Julia was with Semrush from April 2017 to November 2023, where responsibilities included strategic business partnering with the Global Marketing division as a Senior HR Business Partner and providing comprehensive HR support as an HR Business Partner. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at PROTECO GROUP RUSSIA from August 2014 to March 2017, focusing on HR policy development and employee performance assessment, and as Head of Human Resources at Gamma Media from October 2009 to June 2014. Julia Shumova holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Saratov State University.
