Serhiy Kosynov

Serhiy Kosynov is an experienced professional in data management and customer service, currently serving as the SAP Master Data Management Lead at Wolters Kluwer since February 2021. In this role, Serhiy leads initiatives in master data content management and data governance, ensuring data integrity and optimizing decision-making processes. Previous positions include SAP Master Data & Business Systems Analyst at Wolters Kluwer, Senior Customer Service Representative in the Finance Department, and Tax Advisor at HM Revenue & Customs. With a strong background in customer service, project management, and data analysis, Serhiy has also demonstrated expertise in communication strategies and public affairs through roles in various organizations, including HM Revenue & Customs and the All-Ukrainian NGO “Taxpayers Association of Ukraine.” Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in Political Communication and Public Administration from renowned institutions.
