Assoc. Cipd Sarah Butcher Finstlm

Sarah Butcher, Assoc. CIPD, FInstLM, is currently the Head of Organisational Development & Employee Engagement at Wolverhampton Homes. In this role, Sarah is responsible for creating and implementing company-wide organisational development systems and processes. Sarah has extensive experience in learning and development, having previously worked in similar roles at British Gymnastics, Kier Ltd, and npower. Sarah holds a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from the University of Reading and completed their A Levels at Leek High School.
