Kevin Manning

Kevin has held a range of senior operational and strategic managerial posts within the social housing sector. His early career was in architecture, employed with a local chartered architectural and quantity surveying practice where he was responsible for the design and delivery of a range of large-scale domestic, commercial, and industrial projects.  

He is responsible for our asset management and de-carbonisation strategy, ensuring the appropriate policies and procedures are in place to support us in delivering our business objectives against the backdrop of the ever-changing environment.

He also sits on the Board of Directors for The Way Youth Zone in Wolverhampton.
